Paul Zubiate
Owner & Principal, Zubiate Building Works
With over two decades of experience in construction and architecture, Paul Zubiate is a seasoned General Contractor and Project Manager known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Paul brings together a deep respect for architectural heritage with a modern, client-focused building process.
Paul’s career began in architectural design and project coordination, giving him a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of construction. Over the years, he has managed large-scale design-build projects across Texas, including religious institutions, civic buildings, and corporate interiors. Today, his passion lies in custom residential renovations, new home construction, and historic home restoration—projects that allow him to blend old and new in meaningful, lasting ways.
Before launching Zubiate Building Works in 2014, Paul held leadership roles at respected firms such as The Beck Group, JPJ Architects, and Aguirre Roden. He has led multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the construction process, from early design concepts to final buildout, ensuring each project is executed with integrity, precision, and a personal touch.
Paul is dedicated to helping clients bring their visions to life—honoring the past, building for the future, and creating homes that are as thoughtful as they are timeless.
